A photography exhibition exploring Black women, femmes and hair featuring Dawn Butler MP, author Otegha Uwagba and drag queen Son of a Tutu. Featured in Room to Breathe at the Migration Museum. Each person in these series of photos was asked to choose an object that reminded them of a memory to do with their hair, from tights, sports medals to wigs. They told their story (read their stories here ) and had their portrait taken in a special location in Waltham Forest.
